Lancaster Police Deem March 2 Use Of Force Justified
(Lancaster County, PA) -- The Lancaster City Bureau of Police says the officers seen arresting two juveniles in a widely-shared video earlier this month were justified. The department said the officers used the "minimum amount of force" while trying to arrest the juveniles for blocking the roadway with their bicycles on March 2nd. According to investigators, one juvenile was injured when he scraped his knuckles on the concrete while resisting arrest. Both face multiple charges.
