(Lancaster County, PA) -- A former township employee in Lancaster County is facing charges for allegedly making multiple threats. Police say 23-year-old Isaiah Rosario sent a West Earl Township official "numerous unwanted sexual messages and pictures," causing the municipal building to go into lockdown. Rosario is also accused of making a bomb threat toward the Susquehanna Water Treatment Plant and threatening to poison the water supply. According to investigators, Rosario had recently been fired from the plant.
