Authorities in York County, Pennsylvania, have identified two persons of interest in the fatal shooting that occurred on Christmas Eve at a Sheetz in East Manchester Township. The York County Regional Police Department is seeking Tajai Markeise Robert Scott, 24, from Philadelphia, and Ajanii Lemar Barnes, 19, of York. Both men are believed to have information regarding the death of Tivory Bartlett, 23, of Douglassville, Pennsylvania.
The incident took place outside the Sheetz located at 4309 North George Street Extension. Bartlett was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 5 p.m. on December 24. The York County Coroner's Office has ruled the death a homicide.
Police are urging anyone with information about the whereabouts of Scott and Barnes to contact the York County Regional Police Department at 717-741-1259 or submit an online tip through the Crime Watch website.
The community has been shaken by the incident, with local residents expressing concern over safety. Ashley Passmore, assistant manager of a nearby Domino's Pizza, said, "It was very alarming because I have gone to that Sheetz almost daily."
As the investigation continues, authorities are working diligently to resolve the case and hold those responsible accountable.
