Court Attack Suspect Previously Convicted Of Murder, Filings Dismissed By Namesake Judge

(Harrisburg, PA) -- The man accused of attacking an officer inside the Sylvia H. Rambo federal courthouse in Harrisburg on Monday was previously convicted of murder. The man was identified Thursday as 56-year-old Joseph Camino, who was released on parole earlier this year after he was convicted of third-degree murder in Indiana County in 1989. Officials said Camino had four civil actions relating to his incarceration dismissed by Judge Rambo, the courthouse's namesake. He faces up to 27 years in prison.
