Driver In Deadly Toy Store Crash Facing Additional Charges

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Prosecutors are filing additional charges against the man accused of driving a car into a Harrisburg toy store and killing a man in a wheelchair. WHTM-TV reports Ricardo Contreras-Cordero is now charged with DUI homicide and third-degree murder for the crash on October 6th. Authorities said Contreras-Cordero drove into the Treasure Trove Toy Store on Second Street, killing 68-year-old Eusebio Forestier. According to investigators, Contreras-Cordero had no intention of slowing down.
