A 75-year-old woman was hospitalized following a hit-and-run incident in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the 100 block of River Drive in Lancaster Township on Monday (October 21) at 9:08 a.m. The victim, a resident of Lancaster, was found lying on the side of the road by officers from the Manheim Township Police Department. She was transported to a local hospital, but her condition remains unknown.
According to a witness, a dark-colored sedan was seen fleeing the scene southbound immediately after the incident. The vehicle, which is suspected to have damage on the front between the 12 and 2 o'clock positions, did not stop after the collision.
The Manheim Township Police Department is now seeking the community's help in locating the suspect vehicle.
