(Harrisburg, PA) -- PennDOT wants to let you know there will be more nighttime lane closures beginning next week on Interstate 83. The northbound right lane will be restricted between Exit 44B (19th Street) and Exit 45 (Paxton Street.) Exit 45 will also be closed. The restrictions will last two to three weeks from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. PennDOT says drivers should exit at 19th Street and proceed to Paxton Street if they need to access Paxton Street during the restrictions.
