Husband Wanted for Murdering Wife Arrested In Pittson

(Lancaster, PA) -- The man who police believe strangled his wife to death at their Penn Township home is now in custody. Officials with Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say Matthew S. Harrison was arrested after a brief stand-off at a hotel in Pittston. Harrison will be taken back to Lancaster County where he will be arraigned on charges for allegedly killing his wife, Jami. She was found dead in their house on East Mount Hope Road Monday afternoon. The Lancaster County Coroner says there were signs of sexual assault and he's also ruled that she died from being strangled.
