Woman Faces Child Endangerment Charges For Abandoning Child In Non-Heated Home
(Manheim, PA) -- Manheim Police are looking for a woman who allegedly abandoned her child in Pennsylvania and moved to New Jersey. They say Tiffani Chanel Bogroff reportedly moved over a month ago and left her child with little food, heat and no running water. The home is located in the 900 block of North President Avenue in Lancaster. Police say the child told them her mother comes back sometimes but not regularly. The child is also caring for three pets with no heat, gas or running water in the house. Bogroff supposedly is only contacting her through Facebook Messenger and sometimes by sending money through CashApp. A warrant has been issued for Bogroff's arrest.
