Class-Action Lawsuit Against Verizon Nets $100K For Customers

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A class-action lawsuit being leveled against Verizon could profit current and former customers in Pennsylvania. The party that's brought the lawsuit has begun sending out letters and e-mails to let people know they might be entitled to part of a 100-million-dollar settlement. The lawsuit claimed the company charged administrative fees without properly disclosing them to mobile phone customers. While Verizon denies any wrongdoing, it has agreed to the settlement. Customers who were charged administrative fees between January 1st of 2016 and November 8th of last year are eligible.
