(Harrisburg, PA) -- Public hearings will be held today and tomorrow to gather feedback on the Interstate-83 South Bridge Project in Dauphin and Cumberland counties. State and federal officials want to gauge input on an environmental assessment prepared for the project. The in-person hearings are set for today at Hotel Indigo in Harrisburg and tomorrow at the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill. State engineers say the I-83 South Bridge over the Susquehanna River no longer meets current design standards and is reaching the end of its useful service.
