(Harrisburg, PA) - The state House is set to vote on a resolution today that would study the relationship between social media platforms and the current rise in gun violence. Philadelphia Representative Darisha Parker's legislation would direct the Budget and Finance Committee to study the possible correlation and then generate a report.
