>Halloween Attractions Warned Of Child Labor Laws
(Harrisburg, PA) -- Halloween attractions across Pennsylvania are being reminded of the state's child labor laws. Seasonal attractions that hire performers under 18 must have special permits and follow regulations under the Child Labor Act. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry says any attractions that violate the Child Labor act will face fines of up to 15-hundred-dollars a day.
