(Harrisburg, PA) -- Students in PA will get to have free school breakfasts for the entire 2023 - 24 school year. The new Pennsylvania state budget signed late last week includes a 46-and-a-half-million-dollar increase to provide universal free breakfast for all public school students in the state. The budget also allocates funding for more than 22-thousand students to receive free lunches if they qualify through the National School Lunch Program.
