Utility Provider Hears Safety Complaints

(Lancaster, PA) -- State utility regulators have now been more informed about public safety complaints on Frontier Communications' phone and internet service. A public hearing late last week in Eden Township centered on customers in Quarryville who voiced concerns about prolonged service outages and difficulty getting help. Customer advocates have said in case filings that the problems raise serious safety concerns because customers can't get through to call 9-1-1. The Lancaster County hearing of The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission was requested by state Republican Representative Bryan Cutler.
