Sobriety Checkpoints Planned
(York, PA) -- State police say they will be patrolling in full force over the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. A news release from the agency says they'll conduct at least one checkpoint through May 28th on an undisclosed road. Officials say the checkpoints are used as an effort to reduce the number of fatalities and injuries caused by drug and alcohol-related crashes.
