(Lancaster County, PA) -- Police say a Lancaster man was high on T-H-C and speeding when he caused a collision that killed a Lititz woman and seriously injured another. William Vaughan-Geib is being held in the county prison after the deadly crash that happened at the end of December in East Lampeter Township. Investigators say Vaughan-Geib crossed the center lane and hit a car driven by Kyra Dobler, who is from Akron, Ohio. She was severely injured. Her passenger, Carole Stockdale of Lititz , died at the scene. The suspect has been charged with four felonies involving homicide while driving under the influence and homicide by vehicle, among other counts.
