(Schuylkill Haven, PA) -- A number of animals housed at an eastern Pennsylvania wildlife center are dead after a "catastrophic" fire Monday morning. The fire destroyed the main clinic building at the Red Creek Wildlife Center in Schuylkill [[ SKOO-kuhl ]] Haven. Animals that were in the building under temporary medical care were killed, but resident animals not housed in the clinic were unharmed. There were also no human injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
