(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Wolf administration says its disappointed that the governor's plan to pay state residents two-thousand-dollars isn't going to happen. A spokesperson for Governor Wolf says the stimulus checks were not included in the recently passed state budget that included COVID funds from the federal government. A deal between Wolf and the republican-led legislature found uses in 20 other programs for the more than two-billion-dollars in remaining COVID money.
