(Harrisburg, PA) -- Promoters say their Great Bear Roller Coaster has now marked 24 years at Hershey Park. The ride opened in May 1998 at a cost of 13 million dollar. It's named after the constellation Ursa Major, which is also known as "the bear." The website says it's the only coaster in the park that allows riders to go underneath the track, with nothing below them.
