(Harrisburg, PA) -- A special report from the state attorney general's office shows fentanyl is now the dominant opioid drug in Pennsylvania. Attorney General Josh Shapiro said in a news release Thursday that state Bureau of Narcotics Investigation seized more fentanyl last year than they had in the previous four years combined.
