(Reading, PA) -- Officials say an investigation has been launched into a woman's death after she was hit by a Norfolk Southern Train. Emergency officials were called to the scene late Friday in the area of Park and Dries Roads in Ontelaunee Township. Her body was found about 15 feet off the tracks near Route 222 and Park Road. The 39-year-old Berks woman's name hasn't been released.

(Lancaster County, PA) -- A Ephrata woman has been arrested for allegedly using an acquaintance's debit card to secretly buy food. Ephrata police say Maranda Kachel stored the number on her cell phone and bought more than 15-hundred-dollars' worth of food over a three-month period. Police say she has been charged with access device fraud.

(Lancaster Co., PA) -- An 18-year-old man from Maryland has been arrested for robbing a teen girl he'd reportedly met on social media to buy a cell phone. Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say Jackobi William Frazier say the two met at a shopping center Saturday on Lititz Pike. Frazier soon pulled out a silver handgun and robbed the girl, according to officials. He was arrested after he fled to Maryland but is now being held in the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of 175-thousand-dollars' bond.

(Lancaster County, PA) -- The sacrifice and hard work of Lancaster County's police officers has not gone unnoticed. The men and women in blue were honored in the 36th annual Police Officers' Memorial and Appreciation Service in Lancaster County on Sunday. Officer Tyler Weinoldt with the Lititz Borough Police Department was recognized as the Outstanding Officer of the Year for his work conducting drug evaluations. Other categories included Outstanding Acts of Bravery and Career Achievement Awards.
