>> Suspect Arrested In 21-Year-Old Murder Case
(Williamsport, PA) -- A New Jersey man has been arrested in a 21-year-old murder case from Williamsport. The U.S. Marshal's office says Brian Gregory Quinn was arrested Thursday in connection to the murder of 17-year-old Shamar William Washington. In January of 2001, hunters discovered Washington's frozen body in a wooded area west of Bloomsburg. His death has been ruled a homicide due to fatal wounds. Authorities say at the time of the murder, Quinn was 23 and living in Williamsport.
