(Harrisburg, PA) -- Police say a woman who was shot and killed during a birthday party at a Harrisburg bar Monday night was an innocent bystander. Police say 27-year-old Jamie Bey was shot inside Al's Café on Susquehanna Street. She died later at a hospital. Police say two men who were not attending the party at the bar got into a fight and began shooting. Police believe they have a person of interest in Bey's death.
