(Susquehanna Twp., PA) -- State troopers say they found 25 bricks of what they believe is heroin during a traffic stop on I-81 last month. Troopers say Altamir Baldwin of New Jersey was found with the drugs in the vehicle along with eight grams of suspected fentanyl May 27th. The 28-year-old was taken into custody and transported to Dauphin County Booking Center.
