Host Trevor Noah promised Ryan Seacrest on-air the awards show will actually be for the viewers.

“It’s basically like a concert series for people at home,” Noah shared, revealing the reason he decided the host the awards show amid quarantine. “It’s not a show made for the people that are there that home viewers get to watch, it’s a show made for you at home. That’s what the show is.”

Trevor added the Grammys will feature a bevy of performances back-to-back. Taylor Swift, BTS and Dua Lipa are headlining the ceremony, joined by Cardi B, Bad Bunny, Harry Styles and many others with Beyoncé leading the nominations.
