(Harrisburg, PA) -- PennDOT officials are putting some highway restrictions in place during this latest blast of winter weather. Starting last night, they ordered tractors without trailers, motorcycles, R-Vs and school busses to stay off of I-81, 83, and 78 along with several interstate lookalikes. They also reduced the speed limit to 45-miles per hour on those roads.
