The Duncans face significant jail time for the allegations, which include locking an eleven-year-old boy in a cold basement room wearing only a diaper.

(Lancaster, PA) -- A man from Lancaster is headed to jail after pleading guilty to drugs and weapons charges. Tyshaun Williams was picked up after selling cocaine to a confidential informant last September, according to investigators. The 29-year-old convicted felon was found with 27 illegally owned firearms and over 900 rounds of ammo. He was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison.

(Lancaster, PA) --A 36-year-old Lancaster man is accused of stalking a woman on her way to work this week. Lequaan Brown allegedly followed the woman on front and tried to stop her by saying inappropriate things Wednesday evening. Investigators say Brown inappropriately touched the victim before she ran to Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital’s urgent care building. Brown then reportedly assaulted a security guard there before fleeing on foot. He’s being held on a half-million-dollars bail.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- New COVID-19 cases are on the rise again in Pennsylvania. The state’s Department of Health announced almost four-thousand new positive cases yesterday. There are currently over 27-hundred people hospitalized statewide and nearly 570 of those cases are being treated in the intensive care unit. About 115 more people also passed away due to complications of the coronavirus.

(York, PA) -- A state lawmaker from York County is quarantining due to a COVID-19 concern. Representative Seth Grove announced yesterday that he is currently quarantining at home as he awaits the results of his COVID-19 test. Grove says he started having symptoms of the virus earlier this week. He hasn’t been in the state Capitol since last Friday and hasn’t been inside his district office since this past Tuesday.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A nonprofit organization in Harrisburg is planning to help homeless veterans in a special way this year. Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania announced yesterday that it is planning to build a tiny home village for homeless veterans by the end of this fall. Officials say it has been donated five acres along the Susquehanna River south of the city and the organization will be using the land to build about 15 tiny homes. The organization is trying to raise about three-and-a-half-million-dollars for the project before it breaks ground.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Harrisburg man is being accused of abusing a four-month-old infant. Mekhi Thomas was charged yesterday with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. Susquehanna Township Police say Thomas severely abused the infant late last month at a home in the 19-hundred block of Locust Lane.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Harrisburg Police is asking the public for help in providing information on a shooting that injured a man recently. Authorities announced yesterday that the shooting that happened in the 200 block of Verbeke Street Wednesday night is an isolated incident and not a random act of violence. One man was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information on the shooting is being asked to contact the Harrisburg Police Department.
