(Susquehanna Twp., PA) -- Investigators are identifying the 31-year-old woman stuck and killed along Interstate 81 in Susquehanna Township early Saturday morning. Sarah Cook of York was hit by a vehicle near the Progress Avenue exit. State police believe whoever hit Cook may be unaware of the crash.
