(Williamsport, PA) -- The Departments of Education and Health are allowing elementary schools the option to return to in-person learning. Prior to the change, schools were to only do remote learning. Officials say they encourage schools to consider a return to some form of in-person instruction when they start on January 25th, provided that they meet all the other mitigation conditions. However, they still recommend online learning for middle and high schools.
