(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Pennsylvania Health Department is preparing to give out COVID-19 vaccines soon. The department announced yesterday it will be distributing the vaccines in three different phases. Healthcare workers, first responders and employees in energy, education and food-processing fields will have access to the vaccine in the first phase. Patients with high-risk conditions will be included in the second phase. The third phase is going to be for the rest of the public. Officials say the vaccine will be delivered to hospitals first, then to long-term care places through CVS and Walgreens pharmacies.
