(Middletown, PA) -- Middletown Area School District is going to close one of its elementary schools due to positive COVID-19 tests. The district announced yesterday Kinkel Elementary School is going to be closed starting today. The closure comes after two employees at the school tested positive for COVID-19. The elementary school will be closed for the rest of the week and will be deep-cleaned and sanitized. Students are expected to return on Monday.
