(Harrisburg, PA) -- The state Department of Health is adding nearly four-thousand positive COVID-19 cases across the Commonwealth over the past two days. Monday’s announcement, which includes all cases since their Saturday report, brings the statewide total to 211,996. It’s the 28th straight day there were over one-thousand new cases reported.
