(Lower Allen Twp., PA) -- The owner of Lower Allen Township’s Capital City Mall is filing for bankruptcy. PREIT, or Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, owns the mall along with several others across PA. The move comes as many of their tenants are restaurants, movie theaters, and gyms, who have each been impacted by the pandemic.
