(Danville, PA) -- Geisinger is increasing visitation restrictions at all of its hospitals due to the current surge of COVID-19 cases statewide. Officials say starting November 2nd, those who have an appointment at one of their clinics, laboratory or radiology department can only have one person accompany them. That person must be at least 18-years old and pass a health screening. This change will remain until further notice, but there are some exceptions such as the patient is mentally unstable or the patient is a minor.
