(Mechanicsburg, PA) -- Mechanicsburg’s annual Halloween parade is off for 2020. The borough and the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors decided to cancel the event due to the spread of COVID-19. In a statement, the borough’s manager said they cannot hold the event and protect the health and safety of children and residents.
