As promised, Wolf vetoes abortion bill

A bill that would limit abortions to the first 20 weeks of pregnancy is being shot down by Governor Wolf.  Wolf vetoed the bill yesterday, keeping the current limit of 24 weeks intact.  The bill had no exceptions for rape, incest or fetal abnormalities although there were exceptions for when a mother's life is at risk.  The bill did not have support from the Pennsylvania Medical Society or the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
