Police are investigating a murder-suicide at the Penn State Beaver satellite campus in Center Township. Detectives say William Kelly lured his ex-wife to a parking lot yesterday by telling her he had Christmas presents for their children. Witnesses say he spoke to Lesli Kelly when he arrived and then opened fire on her before turning the gun on himself. Lesli Kelly was a campus cook and was on break when the shooting occurred.
