The Centre County DA will hold a press conference tomorrow in connection to the fraternity hazing death of Penn State student Timothy Piazza. Stacy Parks Miller will release the grand jury's report and recommendations regarding hazing and excessive drinking within the Greek system at PSU. Since Piazza's death in February, Penn State has permanently banned Beta Theta Pi, placed restrictions on fraternities and sororities, increased education and taken away discipline from self-governing Greek organizations. Twenty-six fraternity members are charged in Piazza's death.
