DA wants tougher laws around fentanyl

The Berks County DA is leading the push for tougher sentences in fentanyl cases. John Adams serves as the president of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association and testifies before a state commission on sentencing calling for an increase in the punishment for fentanyl-related drug crimes.  This year, the percentage of overdose deaths involving fentanyl has risen to nearly 70 percent.
