Judge mulling the Penn State frat case

The judge in the Penn State fraternity pledge death case is considering if she'll allow the reinstatement of serious charges previously dismissed.  Centre County Judge Pamela Ruest didn't say during yesterday's hearing when she'll decide if aggravated assault and involuntary manslaughter charges can be pursued by the prosecution.  The judge was also sharply criticized by Centre County DA Stacy Parks Miller in a press release.  Parks Miller said Ruest has "failed miserably" at being fair to both sides in the case.  Twenty-six former Beta Theta Pi members are facing charges in pledge Timothy Piazza's drinking-related death in February.
