The Taps controversy in Glen Rock is over. Navy Lieutenant Commander Joshua Corney played Taps from his yard one last time yesterday. His nightly playing of the song through loudspeakers led to numerous noise complaints from neighbors. Glen Rock Borough Council approved a plan to move the broadcast to Glen Rock Park instead. Corney says he is disappointed that he can't play the song on his property because it is something he feels is important to the community.
