A citizen activist is displaying his pig. Gene Stilp brought the giant inflatable pink pig to the state Capitol yesterday to protest the automatic legislative pay raise that takes effect today. The 25-foot-long pig also had a sign that said "Taxpayers Abused Again." Stilp claims that the raise may not be much, but it's still a raise while Pennsylvanians are suffering.
