Soccer coach out for recording phone call

Moravian College's men's soccer coach is resigning after being charged for a phone conversation he recorded with a player's father without his permission.  Todd Ervin resigned yesterday after being charged with intercept communications and disclose intercepted communications.  Ervin allegedly recorded the conversation with the father of a player after Ervin had berated the player when he asked for more playing time.  Police say Ervin recorded his call to the father with his iPhone without letting the man know he was recording the conversation or getting his permission.
