Penn State frat in trouble in booze case

A Penn State fraternity is facing charges following an alcohol overdose.  The 19-year-old woman was taken to the hospital last month after drinking too much at the Alpha Sigma Phi's house.  Police saw her friends carrying her out of the house and say she was in and out of consciousness.  She later told officers she had at least five vodka drinks at the party.  The fraternity is now charged with furnishing liquor to a minor.
