Penn Staters charged with taking menorah

Four Penn State students are being charged for allegedly stealing a nine-foot menorah from the State College home of a rabbi.  The menorah was found damaged in front of the Sigma Alpha Mu Jewish fraternity house.  Rabbi Hershy Gourarie says it will cost about 18-hundred dollars to replace the menorah, which was stolen late last month.  The men are scheduled for preliminary hearings on December 20th on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.
