The FBI is looking into the emails of Democratic Congressman Robert Brady. They're part of an investigation into alleged payments by his campaign to get his opponent in the 2012 race to drop out. Despite being mentioned in a federal search warrant application, Brady has not been indicted. Two of his campaign aides have been charged with conspiracy for allegedly paying off Brady's rival Jimmie Moore and trying to hide the payments.
