DA looking for more than one life term in trooper shooting

The Northampton County Prosecutor says he'll go for multiple life sentences against the man charged with shooting a State Trooper earlier this month.  Daniel Clary was in a Northampton County courtroom yesterday for his preliminary hearing.  The officer who stopped Clary on Route 33 South in Plainfield said Clary fought through being Tased twice before getting a gun from his car and shooting Trooper Seth Kelly.  The judge denied a request from Clary's attorney to dismiss the charges due to a lack of evidence and added two more charges.
