(Butler County, PA) -- A couple is suing the Buffalo Township Police Department after they were handcuffed in a cruiser for hours while officers searched their home. The couple says an insurance agent mistook a hibiscus plant for marijuana and sent photos to police. Officers got a search warrant, pointed guns at the couple and detained them in the police car for more than four hours, all while the woman was in nothing but her underwear.
