A man is facing charges after being caught with heroin in his car in Enola. Police thought Sean Bise was slumped over his steering wheel on North Enola Drive last month, but when they approached, they realized he was leaning over and counting bags of drugs. When he saw the officers, he tossed the heroin and sped off, but they stopped him moments later.
